Registration
Accommodation of citizens in the hotel is carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation", approved by Government Decree of 10.10.2015 № 1085, the law of the Russian Federation of 25.06.1993 N 5242-1 (Edited on June 29, 2015) "On the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence and residence within the Russian Federation" and Federal Law No. 109-FZ of July 18, 2006 (as amended on December 22, 2014) "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons In Russian federation". In accordance with the above regulations, all guests in the hotel are subject to mandatory registration based on identity documents.According to the "Rules for Registration and Withdrawal of Citizens of the Russian Federation from the Registration Record at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation," RF PP of July 17, 1995, No. 713, in red. PP of 25.05.2017 № 631, documents proving the identification of citizens of the Russian Federation, necessary for the implementation of registration, are:
- Passport for a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity on the territory of the Russian Federation
- Passport of a citizen of the USSR certifying the identity on the territory of the Russian Federation
- Birth certificate - for children under 14 years of age
- Passport, identity card for a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (foreign passport) - for people permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.
The following documents are required for the registration of foreign citizens:
- Passport of a foreign citizen including a visa and migration card
- Passport of a foreign citizen and a voucher about being on the territory of the Russian Federation as part of a group (for guests of cruise companies that can be on the territory of the Russian Federation for 72 hours without a visa)
- Passport of a foreign citizen and migration card (for citizens of visa-free countries)
- Diplomatic passport
- Residence permit in the Russian Federation.
Additional Hotel Policy
- Children under the age of 18 are permitted to stay at the hotel only when accompanied by an adult- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are in a state of strong intoxication
- Standard time of arrival: 14:00
- Standard check-out time:12:00 (regardless of the time of arrival)
- Late check-out is paid additionally and is only provided upon availability
- If you plan to leave after 12:00, please inform the Front Desk staff in advance
- The hotel provides a luggage room to leave your belongings before checking in and after checking out
- Extending your stay at the hotel after 23.00 is paid additionally and requires registration at the reception
According to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 15-FZ "On the prohibition of smoking in public places" of 01.06.2014, it is prohibited to smoke in rooms and on the territory of the hotel. Guests who violate the smoking policy will be charged for the dry cleaning of textiles in the room and the current tariff for a day of room downtime in connection with airing out the room
