How do I book a room at the best price?
You can book a room on our official website with a discount for direct booking. We guarantee the best price!

Is it possible to arrange am early check-in/late check-out?
- Standard time of arrival: 14:00 
Early check-in from 6:00 requires an additional payment of 50% of the current rate and will be provided upon availability.
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 
Late check-out (no later then 23:00) requires an additional payment of 50%  of the current rate and will be provided upon availability.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed.

What are the working hours of the restaurant in your hotel?
Harbor Restaurant working hours: 7:00 to 23:00 daily, including holidays.

What type of services does the hotel restaurant provide?
The Harbor Restaurant offers modern European and Russian cuisine for lunch and dinner.  
Breakfast buffet is available for our guests from 7:00 to 11:00 daily. Room service is available until 23:00. 

Is there a gym or spa in the hotel?
There is no on-site gym or spa, however, we do offer these services through affiliates.

How many floors in the building? Is there an elevator?
The hotel has 7 floors with a guest elevator.

Where can I leave my car?
Our hotel offers a secured, underground parking with video surveillance.

Do you provide accounting documents for accommodation?
Yes, we can issue an invoice upon request.

Do you have baggage storage room?
The hotel offers a storage room for the baggage and personal belongings of our guests.

Is smoking allowed?
We are non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside in the smoking areas.

Is it possible to use a computer for printing?
Yes, there is a computer area in the lobby with high-speed internet and a printer available to all guests.
